• Avoid any action that could put undue strain on our infrastructure, such as excessive requests, performance tests, or similar actions.
• Refrain from uploading harmful files, scripts, or programs, including any software intended to harm or alter systems.
• Do not interfere with the Service or disrupt others’ ability to use it.

2. Spam and Misleading Communications

• Avoid sending unsolicited bulk messages, unauthorized promotions, or communications without consent.
• Do not provide false or misleading information in communications (such as incorrect names or email addresses) that could mislead recipients.

3. Deceptive Practices and Impersonation

• Do not attempt to trace or gather information about other users without permission.
• Avoid impersonating others, misrepresenting affiliations, or concealing your identity in a misleading way.

4. Prohibited Products and Services

• Do not sell items that may be hazardous, unlawful, or abusive, or offer services that are not legally permitted.
• Refrain from selling any products primarily designed for dangerous use, such as restricted tools or accessories. NextShopper reserves the right to decide what constitutes such items.

5. Content That Causes Harm

• Avoid posting content that harasses, defames, or targets individuals or groups in harmful ways.
• Do not share content that could potentially harm, exploit, or cause distress to any individual, group, or property.
• Refrain from sharing content that promotes hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, or other protected characteristics.

6. Sensitive Content and Misinformation

• Avoid sharing explicit or inappropriate content unless intended solely for educational or artistic purposes.
• Do not spread false information that could lead to harm or confuse others, including misinformation about health, civic processes, or other sensitive matters.

7. Respecting Intellectual Property

• Do not upload or use content that infringes on others’ intellectual property rights, or violates privacy or publicity rights.
• Ensure that you have obtained necessary permissions for any images, names, or content that involves third parties.

8. Handling of Sensitive Data

• Do not post content containing sensitive information, such as passwords, identification numbers, or payment information.
• Refrain from storing or processing health-related information that requires additional privacy protections.

Enforcement and Changes

If we determine that your actions violate this Acceptable Use Policy, NextShopper may, at its discretion, remove content, suspend, or terminate your account. Should your activities present a risk to our brand or reputation, NextShopper may also take appropriate action.

This Acceptable Use Policy may be updated as needed. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to follow the most recent version of this Policy. In case of conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, this Policy will take precedence.
